That might work, but we should stay out of it. Otherwise, it would end up being paid for by American taxpayers again. We would be paying for NATO and this new alliance. Europeans need to grow up and learn how to get along. The Model we have is sort of like Dad paying for a sitter to watch the teenagers and it has thwarted their development into adulthood.
