That's a good point. Here if you're a republican or democrat you can only vote in that primary. If I was an independent I could not vote in either primary. Think, think! I have thought about switching for some time but that's a good reason not to. Bob

Doesn't that allow you to register as "none of the above"?

Anyway, that recent referendum cum court ruling vitiates the meaning of membership in a political party in California anyway.
