Haven't filled up since i went to the TB bolts game in january. Have 1/4 tank left. They talking 6.00 gas. Maybe i should go fill up. 4.52 a gallon in Florida.

Hi Kirk,

During that walk, just keep smiling about the dividends that come in a on a much bigger account from where you started.

I never expect myself to catch the top and I'm almost always invested during declines.

Those are the seeds we plant for a larger dividend stream into old age.

If I get a runaway market, I'll get the itchy finger and sell shares.

It seems once I start selling, I get into it a bit more on that particular stock.

There is a case to be made that energy is going to do some heavy lifting for the Fed.

The governments debt requires more and more of that inflationary impact of consumer spending.

We'll see how overburdened the consumer is with debt.

As long as the markets liquidity doesn't lock up, taming the inflation will work out.

Look at lumber.

Used and new cars will come down as well.
