Have to jump in hear with a quick thought as I sift down through the some 65 posts in front of me.

Call me a pessimist, I tend to see myself as a realist but..., the world will adapt to the net and those who want to dominate will do so also - with the net as their tool.

The information highway is a two edged sword. While it offers you access to the truth, you still have to discern the truth in order to recognize it when you see it. If you can't discern truth then the overwhelming amount of information will drowned out any hope of the truth getting to you let alone the masses. In short, diss-information campaigns will be that much easier IMHO.

For any measure there is always a counter measure. It's folly to believe in any utopia no matter how good it may appear.

Well , that's my two cents.
