General market sell off.

With all those acquisitions, I expect a 2 year time period for severance, sale of surplus facilities and insourcing of outsourced pieces which will build margins.

I expect their product will find more and more replacement uses. Could be after a keerash.

Since they do not pay a dividend, it'll have to be cheap and growing fast with lots of cash.
