Yes, I think it's starting to move. Have you guys looked at CA's last balance sheet? They needed to raise cash at any cost to even get close to being able to finance the deal they are propsing today.

a little confused, hoping someone can help me. ssax issued a s-3(available at www.freeedgar.com). it says:

PROPOSED PROPOSED
AMOUNT MAXIMUM MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF
TITLE OF SHARES TO BE TO BE OFFERING PRICE AGGREGATE REGISTRATION
REGISTERED REGISTERED(1) PER SHARE OFFERING PRICE FEE
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Common Stock, $.0033 par
value(3)............... 688,668 $7.21875(2) $4,971,322(2) $1,467
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

then it goes and says:
All of the Shares are being offered by the persons who are named herein under "Selling Stockholders," or by pledgees, donees, transferees or other successors in interest and permitted assigns of such selling stockholders (the "Selling Stockholders"). The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the Shares.
