Dave, thanks for taking the time to put all that information on the thread. A 5 for 1 consolidation is a joke, we will still be trading at .10, with or without a consolidation. I wonder if I could get some of those .01 shares.

Hugh

Hi Dave

In your opinion, could Dom. Sec. be persuaded to vote against this garbage. John, if your monitoring, what was the last total of shares that were willing to support our group. We may have a willing person in BC to represent us. If he agrees to do it, I've asked him to post his fax # here. He has a vested interest in the outcome. Legally is the notice in the Vancouver Sun enough of a notice to shareholders?

dave and all, CDS is the Canadian Depository for Securities, a privately operated clearing house/depository used by the securities industry. Any street shares would be held by CDS depending on the brokerage clients. No one would know the owners of the shares except for the brokerage houses. Same goes for Cede & Co.
The post consolidated shares are required to open higher than pre-consolidation. There is a formula for determining the open but darned if I can find it right now. I'll post it when I do. Not sure if this is a VSE or BCSC requirement.
