Jmho the only thing keeping the gop out of power in California is a complete ballot audit. Of course the legislature needs to be removed as well.. they’ve got the real power with their super majority. I left in 07 when my property tax bill hit $35k.

I believe the GOP stand on abortion is the single issue that ...... Isn't the GOP stand on abortion that the states should make laws regarding abortion? In other words, the GOP doesn't have a view other than let the voters decide..... A California GOP politician can be pro-life and leave the abortion law up to the various states. Abortion is legal in California. A GOP politician in California doesn't need to want to change that. A Louisiana GOP politician can be personally pro life, and leave the Louisiana abortion law up the majority of the legislature.
