I don't see why it should be ok to discriminate against people who are born differently.

Straw man. My point was we shouldn't celebrate them for being different, not that we should discriminate against them for being born different.

Ok, lets assume the brain of sexually non-normative people has similarities to the brain of their opposite sex. Fine. This should produce some effeminate men and some masculine women.

It doesn't mean a man with a brain similar to a woman's brain is a woman.

At least I think it doesn't! I could be wrong. It happened once a few years ago.

Of course it would be of prime importance for said brain to actually be fully developed. Which furthers the argument that pubescent and pre-pubescent individuals should not be mutilated for a cause.
