Holly,

Please, just thinking about 1986 tax reform gives me a headache!

So that's how you got your last name! -vbg-

I think they should keep Rostankowsky (sp) where he is and throw away the key--not so much for what he is in for but for his part in 1986 tax "reform."

The new tenant just threw away the key, since Danny Boy is out of the hooskow - you know that country club "prison" - for good, as we speak. Free as a bird. To this day I still can't figure out why that arrogant SOB did what he did. If money was that important, he could have retired a year or so before his trouble and kept the many millions of "excess" political contributions that were in his campaign fund ... must be something about absolute power and corruption.... Until a few years ago, Representatives (don't know about Senators) could keep any left over campaign money if they retired. And as tax Tsar of the US, guess how hard it was to raise campaign funds?

I still think it is more than mere coincidence that Neil (sp) was in deep Sununu and we went to the Gulf before he was pursued further for his alleged "mishandlings." I believe the Gulf War was orchestrated from start to "finish," but that's perhaps another thread.

I think so. I'm not all that hepped up on getting a tax audit this year. -g-
