If you think it would help, You could make it a two fer one.

Retire Feinstein,Fetterman and Mc Connell.

To top it off, cut off Schiff's $enus, and make him a transgender senator. His popularity would soar with in the "Everything Diverse" Party.

A Cognitive test for all candidates prior to elections would empty the Halls of Congress.

THAT would be a good step towards term limits!
