chewing my food for optimum digestion Didja know that earlier in the century (beginning with Colonel Kellogg, who was a real nutcase) there was a theory that one should, for optimal digestion, chew everything thirty times, or some such. It was later proved that this was really, really not very good for one; advocates of the plan tended to develop disastrous gastric complaints. There is, you know, a moral here. And what, precisely, do you mean by "educated"? As in Jimi's "you gotta be experienced....??
