I don't get it? What is an NGO? NOBODY asked me to further any cause. I'm simply reporting facts. Mountain View not officially a sanctuary city but the city of Mountain View created the Day Worker Center to get the "undocumented" workers off the streets with the carrot that they would get better pay and someone to help make sure they got paid. It also connects them with more services. It doesn't withhold part of the pay for taxes nor does it require employees or employers to do so. Did you read the FAQ? or this mv-voice.com and indybay.org
