"I'm a little mushroom cute and plump, cover me with fertilizer and keep me in the dark I beg you."

Company needs to bring in new capital. It would have been easier to do this when the price was $1.50. Now it is harder and will create more dilution. Perhaps potential investors want to know why the ex-CEO left abruptly and will not take "silence is golden" as sufficient information for them to make their investment decisions.

The company is either content to have the price of the stock decline or is rather unaware of the way stock markets work.

Will they act in time to preserve some of the value here? It seems unthinkable that they will fail to take what appears to be the very simple steps required. But they have failed to act correctly so far and who wants to risk their personal capital on a bet that the behavior of management in the future will be significantly different from what it has been to date. That is the dilemma facing the small investor. If management acts in a way that any competent management would act, the stock is a good buy at these levels. If they continue to screw up, new investment would be foolish.

So who is naturally optimistic? and who is naturally pessimistic?
Personally, I will wait and watch the way the stock trades.
