Sigmund and all,

I too have been dumstruck (<---ALL PUNS INTENDED) by this situation. I do enjoy your attitude and level headed approach. I do want to clarify one comment though...

Accumed certainly DOES NOT need it's stock share to be high to bring in capital. They have products and are selling them. I kept on saying over and over to myself during lunch today...this is the most incredible situation I've ever seen---the market cap is LOWER than the trailing sales! Amazing.

To sum up without rambling, of course the management is a mess (Dana, where have you disappeared to; no one has been aggressive or made ridiculous "sue" comments; we are all simply PART-OWNERS of the company who want to know what is going on...PR or no PR, post and make some comments, whether informational or just your opinion of the circumstances, it will certainly be valued!). But ACMI is in a potentially huge market which will only continue to grow into the 21rst century... and Accumed is at the forefront of the pack in terms of technology (George, Cisco and Frank have discussed this at nausea God Bless em). We know this, the quarterly results, although seemingly infinitely in the future, will show sales. We know this. This company is not going bankrupt, it just is involved in biotech not Wall Street, and it shows big time.

Our new motto: First in Cytology, Last in Stability. Peace,
$$$ isn't everything...HA, see if I say this when the stock is @ $5.75
