Never thought I would hear this but Kramer calling for tariffs on Chinese cars. What about the American consumer who would own an electric car if they could buy it for $15k? what are they gonna do? put a 100% tariff on chinese cars or ban them altogether? what about if the chinese makes their cars in the usa?

FYI starwood goes ex dividend today and ritm tomorrow. I reduced my exposure to Macerich as my wife is pushing me to take some profits. pretty much out of mro and tti which was a small position for me. set the cash aside for the 2025 rmd ,
