Hi Kirk,

Finally have a break in cinstruction for one day.

Poring concrete tomorrow at 10:00 a.m., after demo-ing the lower floor concrete from the garage which now is a canning room/mud room.

Total lower floor is gutted, A 45 foot steel beam and a 20 foot steel beam have been installed. The riverside wall is roughed in a with 2x6's and plastic walls for 2 16 foot windows to be installed. Windows were due in first week of December and now are delayed to last week of December.

Definitely hoping for a warm December and January.

I'm so behind and have been working everyday cleaning from a complete gutting.

Our lower floor is now new 2x6 walls and existing concrete block. Plumbing and electric have been removed and being upgraded with newer materials

From the garage door to the far wall id one open area.

The river side wall has 2 16 foot windows with sliding doors in the middle and a 42 inch entrance door with 9 foot window in what was the garage.

The bling for the garage area is a 10x7 EVO door made by RENLITTA. I drove to Bonham TX to pick it up all last week. Gonna be fancy!

Vertical Lift Doors | EVO-Doors

We decommissioned the 1967 copper pipes in the floor and have added "Warm Board" with pex for the entire floor with the exception of pex in new concrete in what was the garage area.

It has been hectis but the destruction and clean up is over and we begin to see the new look becoming reality.

I still have not torn down the garden nd hav written off deer hunting this season. Maybe I'll get the gun season if as the window delay was next to do.

Busy here and enjoying the progress.

Bob
