The idea 2 nuclear superpowers would come together and their combined brain thrust would come up with an idea to cut a cable. That would be so dumb, beyond comprehension for them to actually do it. A false flag to get to mobilize the western army of NAFO retards, who are quite dispirited as of late? Possibly. As an alternative, what would be the odds of some rogue element of their version of CIA, behaving as our rogue CIA and acting independently? Not outside of realm of possibilities, but not very likely, IMO.
