JP,
Redwood's share is 50%, not 30%! Redwood's share price should be approximately 2.7 times that of Montello's(based on shares outstanding). It would seem to be a much better bargain at these prices.

Greetings JP....

I think there's trouble in Paradise....

I am convinced you are partially correct. It is my opinion that RDW will perhaps sell all or part of the 30% and I am also of the opinion that this is common insider knowledge.

Go back through RDW and MEO press releases and trading results starting last May and pay particular attention to 'working capital', PP's, warrants, RDW quarterly reports, sale of assets, etc etc.
(RDW's year-end report(Dec97?) should be coming out soon...)
(As far as I can determine, MEO is ok dollarwise..)

Then form your own opinion.

A prominent newsletter estimated that RDW should be trading three times MEO's stock price...And, it did for some time..

Regards....Ray
