Roger--I agree with you. I have not seen any possibility that CHKPF to be acquired by someone in next a couple of months. By that time, CHKPF may passed $50 already. If (it were a "if" only) IBM bought CHKPF, the prices should pay may be 2 billion in cash or 2.3 billion in stock. Am I dreaming?

I can't find any news to support today's action. Anybody else know anything new? This looks to be an opportunity.

I just noted that Morgan Stanley intiated coverage on NETA - is it the same guy from MS - DePuy? Perhaps that would explain today's activity?
