Dave, do you know whether the insider sales have been small or large parts of any individual's total holdings? For example, if Spears sold 4000, but still owns 50,000, I'm not concerned. OTOH, if that's all he had and others are doing the same thing, I would have to rethink things. It's also worth noting that the stock was in the doghouse, so some insiders might have held off on otherwise normal selling, knowing that they were getting things turned around and that the stock should recover. In short, I think we need to know much more about this selling, current and historical, before drawing any conclusions from it.

Dave, Gtw is also growing faster than the industry average. From your response it is obvious that you are in a short position. Selling 4000 shares is minute and irrelevant to any thing in life.
