Before anyone begins the onslaught against Other Chap...let me say this. It is quite apparent that he takes half truths and delights in upsetting members who have conducted serious due diligence and analysis.

For Other Chap to say that, "...for one thing, there is no doubleclick
in the first place- that stock is a dog that has not made
a dime for anyone but insiders" shows a complete lack of understanding of not only the advertising industry but the internet commerce industry.

Again please do not turn this board into "a battle with a teenager."

1.We have far too many of these boards on Silicon Investor now.

2. This board is an excellent informational source for NETZ and should remain so.

<<<<<This really is fabulous. By watching this thread, one can
see the entire formation of a classic penny stock hype
job from beginning to end. Just a few months ago this
company didnt even exist, they've never reported financials
to the SEC, they've undergone a 500:1 reverse split just to
get their share price up to 15 _cents_, and because they
have to do with web ads people are trying to say they're
the next doubleclick? for one thing, there is no doubleclick
in the first place- that stock is a dog that has not made
a dime for anyone but insiders- it's already trading well
below its "first trade" price, for another, the only web
ads that seem to be making money are those for porn. :)

It's easy to see those who either work for the company or have
a large long position: they post pages and pages of very
official sounding detailed hype. Take for example the first
message in this thread? Sounds like it was written by
the company PR flack himself! Since this company has
never reported any financials, ya gotta use lots of impressive
official sounding words so people will throw their cash
at you!

Looks like a textbook case to me. If only small investors
would learn to stay away from these stocks. I hate to
see people taken advantage of in this way.

cheers,>>>>>

It is very easy to come out and trash a stock, especially small ones like NETZ or DCLK because they don't have the great earnings yet and they trade on some hope of the future. But wallstreet knows that internet advertising will be huge and there is a lot of money to be made here.
I bet DCLK will trade down a little next week. Because some of the investors will take the quick 10 point gain. But I bet within a year it is higher than it is now.
Obviously you trash these stocks because you are a shorter of them and you love to post negative hype to help them crash.

When NETZ gets to $ 26.00 or more I will think about shorting it too!

Other Chap, your right on schedule! It's just amazing to see the Traders "chime in" to try and drive the stock price down and make money on the up and down price fluctuations, by creating FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt).

Softbank is a major player and generates sizable revenue. This "Penny Stock" has product, clients and earnings.....most do not. Does it make sense that this stock is trading under $2 when DoubleClick is above $25?

You should go an trash another BB stock that is an easier target. Please make sure you know what you talking about so you don't look like some of the baboons found on other threads.

Well old chap, are we to infer that you will be shorting this stock when it hits $10?? You're posting now so you can tell everyone that you were here at the beginning.
I'm also glad to hear that you're looking out for the small investor and hate to see us taken advantage of. I for one will take your post under advisement and refer to it frequently as the ZULU-tek story plays itself out.
I do hope you get to short this stock after it hits$10, I just hope you don't wind up becoming a small investor should it carry on to $20 and you have to cover the short.
I apologize to everyone on this thread for humoring you at their expense and concede the final word to you.

JOE

By the time I posted this there were already 5 responses to the other guy. They all sounded the same. The SI ZULU/NETZ's seem to have come together this weekend. Ron Meatchem, the ball is in your court Monday morning!

I have to respond to one of OtherChap's ridiculous comments, tho.

the only web
ads that seem to be making money are those for porn. :)

I'm not even gonna get into that argument. My company has made mucho amounts of money on banners and ads, and almost all the companies that have advertised with us have had their traffic increase by at least 100%. And Zulu-tek's network is a heluva lot more comprehensive than ours.

You're just another brick in the wall, liver lips. Stick to stocks that you have some semblance of a clue on. This is not your forte.

MG Out.

[...lots of drivel removed...]

In a word? Bull! Do some homework and come back with some real criticism. Please.

Looks like a textbook case to me. If only small investors would learn to stay away from these stocks. I hate to see people taken advantage of in this way.

I for one am looking forward to be 'taken advantage' of in the next week. I have been following and accumulating NETZ since September. Finally there will be some payback.

Re: Reverse split

Can you please cite a reference to the 500:1 reverse split on NETZ that you've mentioned? When did this occur and where is it documented? Thanks.
