i know they but they were in Ukraine and both countries were concerned (Russia and U.S.).

So just a yes or no -

Didn't the US & Russia sign an agreement to protect Ukraine in exchange for their Nukes in the mid 90's?

Oh hell - nobody is going to answer my question so I will.

The answer is Yes! We (The United States & Russia) agreed to protect Ukraine in exchange for those nukes because we both viewed a nuclear Ukraine as a threat - and it was.

So here's my point - Russia knew there were people in the "dumb@$$" region that spoke Russian back then. They knew Crimea would be part of Ukraine back then and they still made the agreement.

The only thing that has changed is Putin. So we have a guy shorter than Tom Cruise disrupting things because he's not happy about an agreement that took place 30 years ago - before he was in power.

Does he want Alaska back too?

I hate Russia and that will never go away. I hate China and that will never go away either
