Hi Elroy,

Photonics is the holy grail of high band width .

At the speed of light, not electricity the x's and o's are transmitted.

The speed of light is fast and even more importantly photons travel without creating heat.

One of the big expenses that data centers encounter are cost of cooling the servers and computers.

Fast and cool transmission of data has been the holy graile for decades and it now is available and getting faster.

Photons are better than electrons.

Bob

Good questions. I'd love to hear how much tariffs and reciprocal tariffs hurt their margins. They may not want to say for fear of getting targeted by POTUS for making a lot of stuff in CHINA despite having that big plant in Texas to build VCSELS for Apple, Samsung, etc.

COHR has a lot of debt from buying Coherent when they were merged Finisar and II-VI but they are paying it down with their good cash flow.

The exponential price gains then waterfall declines are pretty regular since COVID...
