I take it that is the 20,2 setting on the Bollinger Bands. Lots of charting software defaults to that setting.

Most pro's who use technical analysis will define the Bollinger Band settings when mentioning and not just assume people know what they are referring to.

I only checked one of these, but the 2002 case was coming out of a 54% correction not a ATH. For these stats to be valid they should only include cases at ATH.
