George, you are missing my point here. The leaks that are being investigated are the unflattering stories of prosecutorial excesses on the part of two of Starr's assistants, in their past work. We're not talking about leaking grand jury testimony, or at least I'm not. Starr hasn't made that claim in any event. He doesn't like the fact that these stories about his staff are being publicized. He thinks that unflattering stories are an obstruction of justice, even if true. Surprisingly there are many here that think the same way. I find that fascinating.

If you can't see a possible nexus (obstruction of justice) between remarks critical of Starr for leaks and the creation of those leaks by the WH, then you are myopic.

As jhild rightly notes, this is NOT what Starr is going on about. Please read today's press.
