Thanks for the suggestion but nothing is safer than short term Treasuries. Next to that is money market funds. Interest paid above that reflects risk. They pay about 11.4% of $25, both trade at about $24. Safest 11.4% you'll find out there. You may be right that it is the safest 11.4% interest you can get (assuming it isn't returning capital) but that is like you are the best ass kicker in a one-legged ass kicking contest.
