I'm guessing you're not, so I might save you some time here. For instance: If you click on "your" underlined name above, it will take you to "your profile". There you will see the places you've "posted comments". Then try poking them, and it sends you around to those places you poke. Just hit the "back button" each time to get back to check out the other places you've been as well.
