Well it depends on how well the signature match goes.

When the machines are adjusted so that they will accept pretty much any signature then it all goes out the window.

What was Utah's rejection rate compared to other elections and compared to the national average? They should always be similar.

I think it was either Michigan or PA that signature match rates were almost 100% which is impossible.

Or the non matches get dumped into a adjudication image, and then the operators can "bulk" adjudicate with out review.

Why do you think they didn't want Tina Peters to image the voting machines and tabulators prior to re-imaging them? If there was nothing to hide then a image to capture the state of the machines at the end of the election should see fine.
