owns 7million shares of Nanopierce. What do we shareholders
get? Probably none of the Nanopierce shares I'll betcha.

This means that Nanopierce will indeed have 4mm outstanding after the 1 for 3 split and will probably open with a share price above $1.00. NPCT will be a subsidary of INCE and have its own symbol. From what I have been told, there will be a gap up when they open for trading and we might see a much higher price before we can get in.

PS: Be sure and track both SUNY and NPCT in case they do not get the symbol changed before the market opens.
