How did you find out the CEO sold 1/3 of his positions? I was looking for info regarding insiders selling and the percentage of their holdings. Are all the info from 10Q and 10K??

"sale by CEO of 1/3 of his holdings last Nov" Think you've got the wrong company or you are referring to option related sales which are much less meaningful than open market sales.

I used to own it. Its the nearest thing to a manic depressive stock I've ever seen. The insiders do great though.
