LE..It is very simple:

2.2MM/20M=$0.11

No one gives a damn about..they should of made an extra $0.03 here..blah blah blah!

I am not sure if the numbers are diluted..(I doubt it). But if you goto Zacks to get eps estimates (on any company), those numbers also aren't diluted. The point is...not many people go on diluted eps. Diluted numbers DO NOT change the value of a company. But who knows? There is a good chance the $0.11 will be the diluted number. Then again, I AM NOT EVEN SURE THAT FAMH IS REPORTING DILUTED EPS. Someone please try to find out.

Jon

LE,

These figures (and various permutations thereof) have been beat to death previously and I have no desire to rehash old debates. That is why the audited numbers are so important. Those will put these endless speculations to rest (Not to say there won't be other things to speculate about).
I have criticized the shoddy dissemination of information, imprecise (to say the least) language in the press releases which lead to further speculation, and tardiness (again, to say the least) of "promised" data. But to be fair-minded about it - which I always endeavor to do - it is my opinion that these can be attributed to "growing pains" as opposed to deception.
Your point on the .06 3rd quarter earnings statement is well-taken.
Rather than them saying "Oops, that should have been .03", they should have said "The .06 earnings was wrong because ...". It's a lot better to be ascribe accountability than give no explanation at all.

Be careful out there.

Little Engine,

LOL! Actually, I am the walrus.....just read my messages backwards.

And dont worry, I wont be pestering you to meet me at the airport. I am not leaving this paradise I live in for the cold of the city.

Hey, until Monday...have a great weekend! Looks like we have finished the week in fine fashion regardless of all the speculation, twisting of information and facts, and exchanging of barbs. The chart is starting to show a steady rise, the indicators are in place for more of the same next week!

Patiently waiting for the audited financials on Monday, or Tuesday, maybe Wednesday, possibly even Thursday, Friday? Ha Ha!

To the mall!

Jane

LE, awhile ago, you cited STFF as a comparison for FAMH. In my response, I mentioned how their market capitalization, and it's ratio to earnings when applied to the eps of the Myriad acquisition alone should value FAMH well over $1/share. The point that you never mention is that as long as FAMH's numbers are more than .01/share eps, than the issue is undervalued by your own example.

Here's the math:
STFF: market capitalization is 35.5 times net annual earnings
Current FAMH market capitalization around 12.8MM.
35.5 times annual net = market capitalization = 12.8MM.
annual net = .360563MM = $360,563.
.360563 divided by 40MM shares = $.009/share eps.

So, according to your own example, STFF, FAMH would be fairly valued using STFF's own multiples if they made barely ONE CENT EPS.

Also, although I really don't care, I have an E-Trad account. If Jamie wants to fax it to me he can.
