Hmmm, I counted up 62 open positions for Managers at the COMS web site job listings. That number is just for California alone. I sure hope we have a good earnings report coming up, if not then maybe it's time to start taking a look at why they really need 62 managers. I'm only stating this because at the time MCD had a layoff I don't recall any managers being let go and there was always talk of all the empire building going on. Obviously I nor any other outsider has any say in how the company does their business but looking at other companies (I work for one) and how they have no excess baggage in Managers at all it has got me thinking that perhaps the COMS executives would be wise in at least looking at some companies who have a policy of empowering their employees and making them accountable.

Open req's for 62 managers just doesn't seem good to me. Of course the fact they are hiring is good but with the incredibly competitive market that COMS is in any advantage over the competition can help assure a stable and solid financial future. Before I joined Raytheon I had no idea there were companies that operated like Raytheon in terms of having very few managers.

If COMS comes through and provides us with healthy returns on our investments I don't care how they get it done, but I do know if they ever want to really cut out some fat and boost morale at the same time then there are alternatives to the current management model their running under.

Derek

Looking forward to a good quarter, we deserve it!

Glenn I expect to see another 10 points on DELL before it splits next Friday. I'd have to
look at how the split timing relates to ownership, but March 6 sticks in my mind.

Scrapps,

I cannot argue with you projection. Dell has exceeded any price target I had set. Therefore, I do not understand the market reactions here. Good luck.

Glenn

Do you think that COMS can break its $36 resistance mark
next week helped by introducing a new product next week
and possible good earning for this Q?

If COMS can break its resistance mark, what's the next
resistance mark?

I noticed that COMS has tested $36 three times past 2 months.
Uptrend is established. The volume is good recently. The call
option is increased significantly. Mar35, Mar37.5,Mar40, and Apr40
are all up with big percentage yesterday with huge volume. I am
long for COMS.

Sincerely

Michael
