Good Beginning, Good Observing...

Matty, I don't know ya. But, you did good. There's
more to be done, for sure. But, hats off for the effort. And
the post was eminently readable. So, go enjoy the meal and
the companionship.

You've provided some interesting impressions here. And in the
absence of financial reporting, what more could we have
been expecting?

So, if anybody was hoping for the interview equivalent
of a 10-Q or that you were going to Mike-Wallace him with questions
about an intern named Monica, with all due deference, those were
unreal expectations.

As for speculation about your motives, geez Louise, nobody
escapes the Spanish Inquisition. (Which may make me extremely naive,
but I can afford to be... because I'm not invested in NETZ. I
begin my jadedness with settlement day.)

Good Job... The hunt continues...

Best Regards,

c m

Thanks Matty,
It's refreshing to see such thorough and informative DD. I think OdorCrap should take a lesson from you. Maybe he should do some research before making claims about a company he knows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about!

Matty,

Thank you for all of your effort.

Alot of people on this thread can talk, but you actually made an effort towards your beliefs. Hats off to you.

I wasn't there, but from reading your comments, it seems like Tom either didn't tell you much or he isn't the right person to interview.
He doesn't know when the financials will be ready, doesn't know the exact float, etc.

Did you feel that from him? Did he look you in the eyes when he discussed these items? Did he seem open to the questions and answer them in a "business" tone or answer them in a "sales" tone?

You see what I am trying to get to. Hope you have a great evening and look forward to your further comments.

Regards,

Charles

-including one i had never heard of called "Cats"-

This may be the company Matty is talking about: C'ATS SOFTWARE INC COM (OTC:CATX)...they make software that analyzes securities positions for large banks and financial services firms. Mostly derivatives (options and the like). I made some money trading them a few years back when it was in the teens. This was right around the time that it was made public that some well known multinational companies had lost millions hedging their business w/ options. Hasn't done much since then. This may not be who Burgess was talking about, but it is a small software co. called "Cats"

Hi Matty,

Could this be the "Cats" that Mr. Burgess was refering to.

Katz Millennium Marketing
katzmillennium.com In order to maintain its premier
position as the world's leading rep firm, in 1995 Katz formed
Millennium Marketing, a subsidiary dedicated exclusively to
selling advertising and sponsorships on interactive media,
including Internet Web sites. (No site information on the
announced merger of Petry, Katz and Commonwealth)

Cyberreps, Softbank Interactive, and DoubleClick are also listed under this link as well as others.

adresource.com

Thanks to you and David again for your DD.

Regards,

Aleta
