I've seen you talk about the TRIN before, but the link you gave was a much better explanation.

Q: Does the TRIN lead, follow, or having nothing to do with the futures direction.??

Q: What kind of machine were you using in that example, and does it update the TRIN constantly, I was under the assumption that the
up/down volume was only posted a few times a day.??

Q: Do you know of any place that posts the TRIN during the day, that's affordable to someone not in a brokerage office.??

Thanks for all the good info. I'm trying to learn, but really need a basic book right now about options...all that you were referring to in mesg #3257...selling covered calls, etc. ( I don't even know what that means). Or is there a website that you could recommend? Thank you.
