Really Triluminary, you give me too much credit. I would think the ABA could find better sources than myself. But thanks for your confidence in me.

Also thanks for the link. Having read the material, I didn't see any discussion suggesting that a conversation with an attorney about what your legal difficulties might be would be considered anything but privileged. What kind of exception to the privilege do you think her attorney would be required to disclose on the basis of?
