If I'm not mistaken Reno cannot fire Starr after he is appointed. Wouldn't it literally take an act of congress to get rid of Starr? She may be able to prosecute him for prosecutorial misconduct though. He is abusing his power to coerce witnesses to testify according to his whims. I am not so much for protecting Clinton but I do get very defensive of my own rights so I'll defend his and at the same time defend my own. Someone fire Starr.

Triluminary, at this level with respect to firing Ken Starr, I think it is hardly a legal issue, so much as it is political. So I have difficulty with your reasoning in saying that these actions must be legal, because he hasn't been fired.
