Ray,

I spoke with Boris today. He stated that the Cyberspades website should be up and running taking real cash on March 18. "Expected minimum revenues 18 million.....upside maximum 80 million!!" They are getting about 10,000 hits per day on their site right now.
They will be using cryptologic initially for their cash transactions as they know that it is very reliable and robust. Software gaming can also do their own cash transactions but they will be initially using cryptologic.

No news yet, we can only hope.

Could this have anything to do with today? I got it off Stockhouse. Did anyone else see the article?

Front page of todays New York Times had this article about on-line sports betting and casinos.
14 owners of these companies were arrested for interstate phone lines violations. Blah Blah Blah

What implications will this have for FDCD and might it explain the $0.12 drop or was this mere
consolidation?

Regulation of the Internet re. porn didn't get very far. I'm not sure that the gambling issue is analagous
since porn regulations are based on community standards. Feds are going after gambling on the basis
of FCC regulations.

All arrested were US citizens even though the sites were off-shore.

I still believe this company has merit especially based on Ed Gee's info today (thanks Ed) and my call to the company on Tuesday (reviewed in an earlier post).

Comments anyone?

Bill
