Wasn't the board 50% Chadhas at the time? That's my recollection. It was either 2 of 4 or 2 of 5, Par and Susan being the 2. I could be mistaken on this, so this is a request for clarification.

<<<The only thing keeping them around is ego. He supposedly volunteered to resign following the Barron's report, and the board investigated, found the allegations without merit, and told him to stay. However, the issue in my eyes isn't whether the Barron's allegations were correct or not, but rather the perception among many people that "where there's smoke, there's fire." That itself hurts valuation.>>>

If FIBR's board was truly independent their investigation would be meaningful.

<< The Chadhas should leave immediately. An Osicom under new management would be able to win an NMS listing, would be able to put a lot of the false allegations behind it, and would probably win more contracts, as well. Par's shares would then be much more valuable, as would as those of every other shareholder. >>

If the present management team left the company and were replaced by people from the industry with credibility I wouldn't buy FIBR but I probably wouldn't short it. Management of this company is a SIGNIFICANT factor in my decision to short.

Charles:

On my search of some comments from Craig concerning the builders warehouse I came across this statement of yours. I know it is only one of numerous you expressed the same sentiment.

The day is close when you and others on this thread will not look into any mirror in your homes. Just to avoid visual contact with the foolish image you all would encounter.

No offense intended but seeing this type of statement page after page and not finding what I am looking for, got me and my dog hyped into anger.
