O: No, no, it's uh,...it's resting.
C: Look, matey, I know a dead stock when I see one,
and I'm looking at one right now.
O: No no it's not dead, it's, it's restin'! Remarkable stock, Data Race, idn'it, ay?
     Beautiful website!
C: The website don't enter into it. It's stone dead.
O: Nononono, no, no! It's resting!

Well, the stock may indeed be resting but the company and its resellers haven't been.
Too bad we haven't the slightest idea how much longer until we start hearing things.

Joe, given your best effort, could you possibly come up with a more hollow statement than that which appears above? This thread has been subjected to an endless barrage of equally vacuous observations for many, many months but most people see them for what they are: empty statements wrapped in transparent innuendo.

Let's assume the statements are true. I am willing to accept the fact that neither DR nor third-party vendors are resting but that's not a meaningful observation. I am willing to accept the notion that nobody has the slightest idea how long it will be be for we hear something but that's not a meaningful statement either.

You know Joe, according to this same tragic information source cable modems won't make it except in some scattered areas but in the months which have past since that comment was made cable has been growing steadily and @Home's stock (ATHM) has risen more that 50%; not bad.

Joe, you might be able to track down a less reliable and even more consistently wrong information source (for example, false information versus no information wrapped with innuendo) but that's hardly comforting.

The flat chart certainly resembles a dead person's heart beat! I am amazed so many people are still chatting over this stock.
