FT,

>>Besides, where are America's ethical and moral values to leave a slimy individual like this occupying the most important political office in the country?<<

The possible answers to that question are profoundly disturbing.

Terrence, if he broke the law MOST Americans would be happy with an apology, and this is still a democracy of sorts. I was relieved just to hear that he realized he had blown it badly, and I am pretty burned out on his whole presidency, so I am sure the majority of Americans who is very happy with the economy would accept that.

Also, the concept of censure by Congress is interesting to me. I would prefer this to nothing, at least. As I have said before, teaching children good morals is difficult enough without trying to explain all of this to them.

Did anyone post the comment writer Gore Vidal made the other day, incidentally, something like he would prefer that children were listening to stories about oral sex in the Oval office rather than listening to Oral Roberts?

Are we ruled by laws or men? He must leave. Censure is NOTHING!
