An honest Bill Clinton should go on TV and say the following:

"I want the American people, and especially the young people, to listen to me now. Sex outside of marriage is OK as long as the following conditions are met.
1. You and your wife understand and agree with the arrangement.
2. Your sex partners are willing participants.

That's it. Oh and use a condom. This is a formula that has worked for me in my life and frankly I would recommend it."

Yes. What you say makes sense. I was particularly struck by the differences between Paula Jones's story as she told it to the Washington Post some time ago, and as she recently told it in a new deposition. Suddenly she remembers that he did this, did that; put his hand against the door to stop her leaving.

Her lawyer said that it's "only natural" that one would remember more and more details of such an incident as the years pass.

Oh, right.
