But according to Willey, Billy took the cup of coffee and placed it on a bookshelf. He then proceeded to kiss her on the mouth, fondled her, and then forced her to fondle him. IMO, total time elapsed for attempted kiss, fondle, and forced fondle... much, much less than a minute.

Hmmmm. I'm imagining people all over the nation trying this, stopwatches in hand. I'd say that if you're gonna do it right, it should take a good deal longer than a minute. Leaving aside legitimate questions of harassment that present themselves in this case: say you're an ordinary guy on a date. After dinner she comes back to your place, you fix her some coffee, and then.....

Most men wouldn't move so quickly. They'd test the waters first, starting with the kiss. No response, they'd either kiss some more or give up. Normally. There are, I suppose, exceptions.

But what happened to the reports of his doing this in the hallway where he showed her his collection of what?--campaign buttons?
