Most men wouldn't move so quickly. Willey did say Billy kept looking at his watch and at some point said that he had a meeting to go to but that they could wait. So he was under a little time pressure, but it doesn't look like it was preventing him from functioning. As to the hallway thing. I remember the hallway being mentioned in earlier articles but I don't remember any of them claiming that the incident occurred in the hallway. But that's rather a moot point now.
