Does anyone on the thread have background information for Arif Adam and Ira Monas, or know where it is available online?

Reading the FAMH press releases, I have been astounded at how aggressively Monas touts the stock. Are there any lawyers on the thread with expertise in SEC regulations who can explain why he appears to be less concerned than most CEOs about potential liability?

I think you are overlooking a very important factor here in this pro/con debate. The management owns 75% of the stock in the company. The company management would certainly cash in a portion of their holdings if they were planning some sort of short run-up scheme. Judging from the numbers floating around,
Share price, volume, block purchases, and solid support between .62 to .64 . They either have a reckless disregard for their own fortunes or they truly believe in making this company a real player. Unless I see a substantial increase in the float, I will stay with my shares.
