Actually many media critics have responded to that charge and found that while there have been some instances of that in this Clinton scandal, it has not been anything out of the ordinary when compared to past scandals...

According to an article that ran in the Washington Post about three weeks ago, journalists themselves are appalled by the way the press has handled this affair. Do a search at the Post's site; I'm sure they have it archived.

Any reporter who did that would be cast into outer darkness by all future sources - sources are among the most jealously guarded assets in a reporter's tool chest.
