OK boys and girls, today's word is H-E-R-E-S-A-Y. The roots of a sweeping statement are found germinating in your post. The fact is some journalists may think that as some may think enough hasn't been done. It's all opinion. Unfortunately if you cited National Review rather than the Washington Post we might find your statement credible.

The media (as opposed to media critics) loves to criticize itself when it reports the truth about Clinton. It happens with each new Clinton scandal. They should actually be appalled at what they have allowed Clinton to get away with during the past six years.

Had it been Nixon, they wouldn't have been so forgiving. The 900 FBI files alone would have lead to impeachment after relentless coverage. With Clinton it was dropped by the media as if it never happened.

Where is breathless Dan Rather these days?
