White House says no Monica notes (they are still writing them).

White House: No Lewinsky notes for now

WASHINGTON, March 17 (UPI) _ A White House spokesman says (Tuesday) there is a chance that any communication between President Clinton and former intern Monica Lewinsky could also be released just as the notes to Clinton from Kathleen Willey were made public. But right now press secretary Mike McCurry says they are being kept under wraps under orders from the president's lawyers.

If I recall correctly from the Iran-Contra prosecutions of Lawrence Walsh, somebody from the Reagan administration was convicted of perjury because he could not recall some answers to questions posed to him in the Grand Jury.

If that's the standard for perjury, half the Clinton administration would be convicted.
