A lot will depend upon what kind of investor you are. It looks like WFR is going to be dead money for the next year if not 2. So you can look at as this is a bottom, keep averaging up or down, and accumulate, knowing that your payoff will be in the future. Or you can put your money to work for the next year in something that is growing.

Since usually I time things very badly, I will stick with the former type.
