Sigmund,

What is your take on the warrant price of 3/4 as opposed to 1 1/8 in the original press release. How will this affect the valuation of the stock near and mid term? I think this coupled with a reverse stock split will cause the stock to stagnate in the 3/4 to 1 range or whatever multiple the reverse split will cause. That is an awful lot of shares at a 3/4 price that could be dumped at 1 for a quick profit for the warrant holders and a $1 per share ceiling for the rest of us. I hope there is big news in the offing to get past the dilutive effect of the warrants.

Sigmund,

Looks like we are going to have the "C" for a little bit longer. Looks like we dodged a bullet today.

Looks to me like they still plan to sell the microbiology division.

Exercising one warrant gets you one share of common stock.

The warrants will not trade.

The underlying common stock will be registered shortly.

I do not know the details of the registration (i.e. with respect to your question, Sigmund, about the restrictions on the sale of the common stock), but I will make the information available as soon as I can.
